Advisor to Realis Estates who is responsible for the redevelopment of the East / West Precinct in Stoke-on-Trent City Centre – now known as Unity Walk. This redevelopment project is to comprise 385,000 sqft of new town centre floor space.
Providing advice to Aberdeen Asset Management on a large town centre mixed use redevelopment project in the Midlands.

Advisor to Raven Green Ltd in connection with its national portfolio of retail properties.
Securing full planning permission for a 40,000 sqft extension to the Parkway Shopping Centre in Coulby Newham on behalf of Ellandi and Bridges Ventures – the scheme will be retail-led, however, we secured a flexible permission which will allow other town centre uses (A1 – A5 Use Class) to take occupation if required.
Advisor to Addington Capital in respect of its retail assets in Burnley, Torquay, Cardiff and Harlow.
