Helping to secure planning permission for Royal Mail Estates Ltd for the residential-led mixed use redevelopment of a former delivery office adjacent to East Croydon Station. Also, the redevelopment of a Royal Mail sorting office facility adjacent to Reading Train Station comprising a mixed use scheme including offices, homes, hotel and leisure in a phased development of up to 740,000 sqft.
