Working with Realis Estates, Canada Life and an excellent consultancy team including Accord Architecture and Node we have secured planning permission for the part repurposing of retail space alongside a new build 124 bed hotel in the heart of Windsor. 

The project was complex due to the significant number of listed buildings surrounding the site, being within a conservation area and having intervisibility with Windsor Castle. In addition to leading the planning application, Williams Gallagher worked with Ryeworth Communications to set the engagement strategy and design / develop a website for stakeholder and public consultation.
