We are working with Canada Life to prepare and submit a full planning application to repurpose and partially redevelop a multi-storey car park in Kent. 

It will provide a mixed-use 8 storey development that retains existing levels of parking, provides up to 1,400 sqm of commercial accommodation (retail / leisure / office) and 120+ build to rent apartments. The site sits within a conservation area and the setting of numerous heritage assets.
