Emerging 506 bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation Scheme

Williams Gallagher is preparing to submit a full planning application for the development of a 506 bed purpose built student accommodation scheme at 120 Suffolk Street, Birmingham.

The team joined Landmark Properties (developer), Glancy Nicholls (Architects), and Pareto Projects (Project Manager) on 10th September 2025 for a public consultation exercise which showcased the emerging development proposals.

The scheme will make use of previously developed land in a highly sustainable city centre location to deliver a distinctive tall building that contributes to the diverse townscape. Future residents can expect a mix of studios and cluster flats, internal and external amenity space, a roof terrace, and cycle parking provision.

The planning application is expected to be submitted in October 2025.
