A recognised need for student accommodation

Williams Gallagher is working alongside Balfour Beatty Investments on plans to deliver Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) at 8 Torwood Close, Coventry, to create a cohesive student community that supports the ongoing growth of both Warwick and Coventry universities.

The proposals will deliver approximately 780 student bedrooms which have been designed to maximise space and the student experience. All rooms will include a quality ensuite shower room, study space, and large windows to enjoy natural light and ventilation

By re-invigorating a brownfield site to take full advantage of its setting adjacent to Ten Shilling Wood, the proposals seek to draw in the landscape, improving biodiversity and making the area more attractive for people and wildlife.

We recently held a public consultation, with further information now available at www.8torwoodclose.co.uk, and will be submitting an application to Coventry City Council later in the year.
