A First for Sandwell

Working on behalf of Metropolitan Holdings Ltd, Williams Gallagher has secured planning permission for the first BTR scheme within the administrative area of Sandwell MBC.

The scheme is strategically located adjacent to the new Midland Metropolitan Hospital and will provide 392 homes including 20% as affordable (discount market rent). In addition to the ancillary high quality residential amenity offer, flexible space is also provided at the ground floor to activate the street and provide new facilities for the expanding local community.

The client team has worked exceptionally hard to design a scheme that will complement the hospital and support the ongoing transformation of this important regeneration area.
