Ellandi Future Places is tasked with realising the potential of town centres beyond traditional retailing.

This is in response to the structural changes in the retail sector and the need to reshape town centres to meet current challenges. Williams Gallagher is supporting this initiative through promoting and securing favourable planning policy frameworks which include: development plan policy; development briefs; masterplans (In conjunction with architects / masterplanners), town centre prospectuses and simplified planning regimes such as Local Development Orders – all of which support different options to revitalise town centres.
