Williams Gallagher was appointed to advise Lateral Property Group and Pradera in respect of their instruction to manage and improve the Trafford Centre.
Our work included the future evolution of the centre through physical interventions alongside a programme of meanwhile uses and activities. The most recent of these included securing planning permission for a range of exciting and immersive seasonal leisure activities. The permission was flexible to allow uses to adapt and remain engaging throughout the year.
