Williams Gallagher has been advising Harbert Management Corporation in respect of Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale since 2020.
Since this time, we have secured permissions for works to overhaul the existing and outdated entrance to the Park and the refurbishment of its truck stop which will be able to accommodate over 180 trucks at any one time. We are also advising on future development opportunities across the Park equating to in the region of 400,000 sqft of distribution floorspace.
