We are retained advisor to Inside Land Group across their growing portfolio of affordable housing sites across the West Midlands.
ILG works closely with a number of registered providers and contractors to develop much-needed new affordable housing. They have an established track record for delivering sites throughout the UK and to date have been fundamental in the delivery of over 1,000 completed units with a pipeline in excess of 2,500 units.
Our current instructed projects include sites ranging from: the redevelopment of former sports fields to secure affordable homes alongside improvements to and mitigation of sports facilities that will be lost as a result of the development; exceptions sites within the Green Belt; and development of former community assets for new homes.
