We are retained as an advisor to NewRiver in respect of Midsummer Place in Milton Keynes. 

Most recently, we have secured planning permission for various works at the Centre including a new pod unit to accomodate Gail’s Bakery, the redevelopment of the former Next Home & Beauty store to accommodate Frasers and Lane7 as well as the refurbishment of the Boulevard which is retained as a public right of way. The latter resulted in the refurbishment of a series of existing units as well as the introduction of stylish new food ‘cabins’ that present opportunities for small independent or established food operators that will widen the food offering for visitors. We continue to advise in respect of future and upcoming redevelopment and repurposing opportunities at the Centre.
