We are instructed to advise on all town planning matters relating to Merry Hill Shopping Centre and the wider estate including the Waterfront and retail parks.

Our advice includes outlining the planning implications of day to day management activities and reviewing opportunities for reconfiguring / repositioning of certain key areas of the Centre with a particular emphasis on the promotion and delivery of a major new food and beverage and leisure scheme.
