Black Cat Building Consultancy

Working in partnership with Black Cat Building Consultancy, we have been tasked with securing permissions and listed building consent (where required) for the replacement of external wall cladding systems eligible for Government's Building Safety Fund. 

We are currently advising on projects in London, Swindon and Liverpool. The works address safety fire risks associated with cladding on high rise residential buildings.
