Residential scheme and renovated former Library Building at Angel Row in Nottingham

Williams Gallagher is working with Crosslane Residential Living (Crosslane), part of the Crosslane Group to deliver a new 427 unit residential scheme and renovated former Library Building at Angel Row in Nottingham.

The application will deliver a high-quality residential building with stepped heights of seven to fifteen storeys, which will provide accommodation for people seeking a flexible housing solution. This typically includes those on job rotation, newly re-located people, postgraduates, fixed term contract employees and key workers. The ground floor will house a reception and management suite, along with shared communal facilities for residents and members of the public, such as a gym, cinema, games room, lounge, café, workspace, and cycle storage area.

The Former Library Building is proposed to be developed by Nottingham City Council with support from the Future High Street Fund. It will be fully renovated to provide a high-quality workspace to encourage interaction and collaboration between occupiers and creatives. This flexible space could also offer uses such as conferencing, events, workshops and studio space.
