New proposals for a highly sustainable, Build-to-Rent development

Williams Gallagher are working with Urban Vision and an excellent local team on plans to deliver a new Build-to-Rent development at 100 Broad Street.

The scheme will deliver approximately 300 homes over 32 storeys and continue the ongoing transformation of Broad Street into a high-quality, sustainable city centre neighbourhood.

The new homes will be built on an underutilised brownfield site, positively contributing to Birmingham City Council’s housing targets and providing affordable housing, subject to viability.

100 Broad Street will be amongst the most sustainable new residential developments in Birmingham and the team are exploring a number of new ESG credentials to lower the building’s carbon footprint and minimise impact upon the environment.

A public consultation event was held on 8th March, with further information also now available at www.100-broadstreet.co.uk
