As part of a wider team, working closely with Ellandi, Arup, Haskoll and South Gloucestershire Council, we have helped develop a masterplan and associated planning strategy for Yate Town Centre.

The brief was to re-imagine the role of the town centre, diversifying its uses, to create a road map for the introduction of urban living as part of a sustainable, flexible, community focused regeneration programme.

The project delivers a development framework that respects current ownerships and creates new opportunities for the client, local authority and community.
