Land South of Norwich Road, Dereham

On behalf of Maltings Grove Developments, Williams Gallagher has submitted an outline planning application for the development of a 77 bed care home and 72 homes on brownfield land to the south of Norwich Road in Dereham.

The new homes will provide an exceptional mix of properties including:

• 6 x 1 bed flats

• 9 x 2-bed houses

• 4 x 2-bed bungalows

• 33 x 3-bed houses

• 10 x 3-bed bungalows

• 9 x 4 bed houses

• 1 x 5-bed house

Generous areas of semi-natural and managed open space provide biodiversity enchantments and improved cycle / walking routes to Dereham town centre will be implemented through to Norwich Road.

The planning application is expected to be determined in Q4 2025.
