Working in the historic heart of Norwich with AWW Architects and Node Urban Design we we have been preparing a planning application for the repurposing and part redevelopment of the former department store.

The project will create a vibrant mixed-use, city centre scheme accommodating 90 bedroom hotel, supermarket and flexible shop units (food & beverage, services, retail) alongside public realm improvements.
