Williams Gallagher, working in association with Venturi Architects on behalf of Golden Bricks Estate Ltd, has secured planning permission for 83 apartments in Hockley, Birmingham.

The proposal provides for a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with up to 50% provided as affordable homes all meeting the Nationally Described Space Standard within a high quality architectural building of between 3 and 6 storeys. Its distinctive features will include archway entrances at the ground floor and highly landscaped private and communal rooftop amenity areas.
