BSF Project Complete – Lumiere, Clapham Junction

We were delighted to see that TSL has recently and successfully completed its fire remediation and facade enhancement project at the Lumiere Building, a notable Grade II * listed property adjacent to Clapham Junction’s live railway.

Undertaken in collaboration with Black Cat Building Consultancy and funded by the Building Safety Fund (BSF), this complex project was essential for bringing the building’s exterior up to the latest fire safety standards, enabling residents to secure essential documentation for insurance and mortgage purposes.

We secured planning permission and listed building consent for the works and are pleased to have played a part in ensuring the future safety of its residents. We continue to advise on similar projects including The Reach project in Liverpool and Plaza 21 in Swindon.
