Merry Hill Goes from Strength to Strength

Williams Gallagher continues to play an integral role in shaping the future of Merry Hill including securing planning permission for the introduction of a new Leisure Quarter.

Recent successes include securing lawful development certificate to facilitate the occupation of the Centre’s former TK Maxx store by Leisure Quarter anchor Hollywood Bowl alongside providing advice in connection with a series of new F&B occupiers including Wagamama, Ask Italian, Big Smoke Burger and Wing Stop. We also secured planning permission for a revamped pedestrian link and public realm between the existing Odeon Cinema and the new Leisure Quarter and secured a lawful development certificate related to the re-use of the former Debenhams store which is to be occupied by lifestyle, technology, and entertainment retailer Harvey Norman and XTRAFIT, a German-based fitness operator known for its innovative and community-driven approach.
