Site & Asset Promotion – to raise awareness with a local authority that sites and / or assets are available and suitable for development.
Research – to assess the impact and implications of changes to planning policy.
Monitoring - to review the progress of development plans to ensure sites and assets are promoted at the right time.
Representations – to enable development to come forward.
Defensive planning – preparing representations and political engagement strategies to defend against harmful development.
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) – working with viability specialists, where necessary, to support our representations to challenge proposed CIL rates.
